Steve Fowler

Chief Operating Officer

In April of 2014 Steve had the opportunity to go on his first Disaster Recovery Mission Trip with Servants. With over 20 years’ experience in residential construction, he jumped at the chance! After returning from the trip, Steve felt God calling him to get more involved with the Home Helps Ministry. He continued to serve locally any time he had a chance and in January 2015 started full time as Home Helps Project Manager.

Steve is married his wife Alicia since 2011 and they have 4 beautiful kids Morgan, Madison, Mason, Maybreigh and a grandson Drake. Steve is currently serving as Director of our Home Helps Ministry and is looking forward to seeing where God will lead us in the years to come.

Lisa lives in Quarryville, PA with her husband Adriano and their three children: Alexander, Noah and Evangeline. When she is not in the office or in the field, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and traveling.

Keith Cotton

Director of Outreach

Keith began working at Servants in September of 2017. He had been working as a full-time youth pastor in the York area for over 10 years and felt God calling him in a new direction. He has volunteered with Servants in the past, and when he saw the opportunity to serve full-time God said “Go.”

There is a saying that “God doesn’t call the qualified, he qualifies the called.” Keith definitely feels called to this work, but it is wholly the work of the Holy Spirit that has qualified him. Keith loves to see others experience moments where God equips them to do work that would not be possible without Him.

Keith is married to Emily, who works as a social worker in York City. They have three sons: Benjamin, Joshua, and Noah.

Ron Hill

Director of Operations

In the spring of 2018, Ron became very frustrated with his employer, feeling like he did not have a purpose. He began a job search and found Servant’s advertisement. After meeting with Trent and Steve and experiencing a Home Helps Work camp he happily accepted a position as project manager. Ron has a vast background in home repair and construction. He enjoys the residents and volunteers every day. Ron feels God led him to Servant’s to help others and most importantly grow his own personal faith.

Ron and Polly were married in 1986. They have two adult children - Jackie is a school teacher and Brad is a farmer. Polly has worked at York hospital for over 25 years. They have been on numerous mission trips with the youth of their church doing home repairs across the United States and helping the youth grow in their faith.

John Feldmann

Director of Volunteer Engagement

John began working for Servants in February of 2019. Prior to joining the Servants team he worked in the Mental Health field for 4.5 years, specifically with children with mental health diagnoses. When God opened a door and provided an unexpected opportunity to join the team, John graciously accepted.

John has been married to his wife Jess since 2014. Jess works as the Youth and Young Adult Pastor at their church, and she also plans and coordinates mission trips. The two of them live in York and enjoy music, volleyball, disc golf, and being outdoors.

John is passionate about building relationships and connecting with others. Specifically, he loves when people feel welcome and safe, so they can be their true selves with no reservations. John strives to be that welcoming and safe space through his position at Servants.

Heather King

Administrative Assistant

Heather began serving as a volunteer with Servants in 2017. Her love for people and desire to fulfill God's call to, “love thy neighbor as thy self” (Matt 22:34-40) has led her to accept a position at Servants in 2020 after waiting for God’s timing to fulfill His Call for missional work. She is looking forward to having God lead & teach her along this journey believing fully that God qualifies the called.

Heather is blessed to be the mother of four amazing children (Casey, Katie, Abi & Gabrielle). They enjoy traveling, volunteering, spending time together at sporting events, and playing games. You will often find Heather hiking the trails, running a race or volunteering on most weekends. Her family lives out God’s calling to love thy neighbor with fun Random Acts of Kindness, volunteering, and believes Godly citizenship should be fun & taught to the next generation.
