Meet Our Servants Team

Trent Davis

Founder & CEO

Trent founded Servants in May of 2000. Trent had been working as a CPA in Baltimore, MD when he heard God’s call to start an organization that would help connect people in need with people that want to serve. Trent has led over 40 mission trips to Guatemala as well as teams to India, Haiti and in the Gulf Coast of the USA. Trent is passionate about seeing others serve and especially enjoys seeing people fall in love with missions for the first time.

Lisa Sica

Lisa joined Servants in January of 2018 after experiencing her first mission trip to Guatemala in the summer of 2016. God has given her an intense passion for social justice and poverty alleviation. She relies on over twenty years of experience in non-profit leadership to help coordinate Servants’ ever-evolving ministries locally and around the world. Lisa has earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership and is a Training Facilitator for the Trauma Healing Institute of the American Bible Society.

Keith Cotton

Director of Outreach

Keith began working at Servants in September of 2017 after working as a full-time youth pastor in the York area for over 10 years. He had volunteered with Servants in the past, and when he saw the opportunity to serve full-time God said “Go.” Keith felt called to this work, but it is wholly the work of the Holy Spirit that has qualified him. Keith loves to see others experience moments where God equips them to do work that would not be possible without Him.

John Feldmann

John began working for Servants in February of 2019. Prior to joining Servants, he worked in the Mental Health field for 4.5 years. When God opened a door and provided an opportunity to join the Servants team, John graciously accepted. John is passionate about building relationships & connecting with others. In his role as the Director of Volunteer Engagement, he strives to make everyone feel welcome and safe as they serve with us.

Joe loves connecting with people, and he looks forward to developing relationships with our donors, volunteers, and homeowners.

Todd Krout

Project Manager

Todd began working for Servants in April 2022 as a project manager for the Adams County Healthy Homes Initiative, but his connection to the ministry goes all the way back to 2003 when he joined Servants on a mission trip to Guatemala. In 2007, he went on our first disaster recovery trip to Mississippi. Todd is very familiar with our mission and vision and will be instrumental in sharing that with volunteers and homeowners in Adams County.

Todd Smith

Project Manager

Todd Smith joined the Servants staff in December of 2022 as a project manager for the Lancaster County Healthy Homes Initiative. Todd spent 30 years as an electrician, but wasn't feeling fulfilled in his purpose. Servants' mission of building relationships really connected with him, and he looks forward to meeting people and utilizing his experience to fulfill God's purpose and plan for his life.

Tim McAfee

Project Manager

Meet Tim, a dedicated Project Manager behind our Adam’s County initiative. With precision and purpose, he oversees the construction of vital accessibility ramps and essential home repairs, ensuring that every project meets safety standards and serves its intended purpose with excellence. Tim's commitment goes beyond mere construction; it's a commitment to empowering individuals with mobility challenges to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Join him in this vital work as we strive to create a world where everyone has equal access and opportunity, one project at a time.

Diana Thoman

Operations Coordinator

Diana joined the Servants staff as an Operations Coordinator in July of 2022, but she had been volunteering since 2014! Through her faithful dedication, she has fed hundreds of people while serving as the meal coordinator of our Faith Beyond the Pews workcamp.
She brings that same dedication to this new role as she coordinates multiple aspects of our Healthy Homes Initiative.

Sara Wilson

Administrative Coordinator

Sara joined the Servants’ team in April of 2022. She initially learned about Servants as the waitress for our York Tuesday Team as they gathered to eat breakfast before traveling to their jobs each week. She built excellent rapport with the volunteers, and was excited to join the staff and finds joy in having a job where she gets to serve God and others.
