Meet Our Servants Team

Trent Davis

Founder & CEO

Trent founded Servants in May of 2000. Trent had been working as a CPA in Baltimore, MD when he heard God’s call to start an organization that would help connect people in need with people that want to serve. Trent has led over 40 mission trips to Guatemala as well as teams to India, Haiti and in the Gulf Coast of the USA. Trent is passionate about seeing others serve and especially enjoys seeing people fall in love with missions for the first time.

Lisa Sica

Chief Program Officer

Lisa joined Servants in January of 2018 after experiencing her first mission trip to Guatemala in the summer of 2016. God has given her an intense passion for social justice and poverty alleviation. She relies on over twenty years of experience in non-profit leadership to help coordinate Servants’ ever-evolving ministries locally and around the world. Lisa has earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership and is a Training Facilitator for the Trauma Healing Institute of the American Bible Society.

Steve Fowler

Chief Operations Officer

In April of 2014 Steve had the opportunity to go on his first Disaster Recovery Mission Trip with Servants. With over 20 years’ experience in residential construction, he jumped at the chance! After returning from the trip, Steve felt God calling him to get more involved with the Home Helps Ministry. Steve is currently serving our Chief Operations Officer and is looking forward to seeing where God will lead Servants in the years to come.

Keith Cotton

Director of Outreach

Keith began working at Servants in September of 2017 after working as a full-time youth pastor in the York area for over 10 years. He had volunteered with Servants in the past, and when he saw the opportunity to serve full-time God said “Go.” Keith felt called to this work, but it is wholly the work of the Holy Spirit that has qualified him. Keith loves to see others experience moments where God equips them to do work that would not be possible without Him.

Ron Hill

Director of Operations

In the spring of 2018, Ron became very frustrated with his employer, feeling like he did not have a purpose. He began a job search and found Servant’s advertisement. After meeting with Trent and Steve and experiencing a Home Helps Work camp he happily accepted a position with Servants, utilizing his vast background in home repair & construction. Ron feels God lead him to Servants to help others and grow his own personal faith.

John Feldmann

Director of Volunteer Engagement

John began working for Servants in February of 2019. Prior to joining Servants, he worked in the Mental Health field for 4.5 years. When God opened a door and provided an opportunity to join the Servants team, John graciously accepted. John is passionate about building relationships & connecting with others. In his role as the Director of Volunteer Engagement, he strives to make everyone feel welcome and safe as they serve with us.

Alisha Crooks

Operations Coordinator

In October 2014, God called a Kentucky girl to serve in ministry in Red Lion, PA. Alisha previously worked with nonprofits and vulnerable populations with the help of her social work degree and she uses those experiences to show love and compassion to those in our community with her position at Servants.
In August of 2021, Alisha and her husband moved to Montana, where she now works remotely to continue assisting Servants' Operations team.

Kevin Ressler

Project Manager

Kevin joined the Servants staff in January 2022 as a project manager for the Lancaster County Healthy Homes Initiative. He worked as a machinist for over 40 years, and he has served as a volunteer in home repair ministry since 2006. It was through that ministry that God developed his passion for home repair and helping people in need. When his boss retired at the end of 2021, it seemed like God’s perfect timing to move into ministry full-time!

Nate Talamantez

Project Manager

Nate joined Servants in May of 2022 as a project manager for the York County Healthy Home Initiative. In the role, Nate will be leading volunteers on projects that increase safety and accessibility for under-resourced homeowners. Nate has worked in construction and remodeling for years and is excited to use those skills serve people in need.

Todd Krout

Project Manager

Todd began working for Servants in April 2022 as a project manager for the Adams County Healthy Homes Initiative, but his connection to the ministry goes all the way back to 2003 when he joined Servants on a mission trip to Guatemala. In 2007, he went on our first disaster recovery trip to Mississippi. Todd is very familiar with our mission and vision and will be instrumental in sharing that with volunteers and homeowners in Adams County.
